Pros
**Understanding - See the bottom.
- You're provided every opportunity to do your best work.
- You have a team that supports your objectives.
- Your creativity and strategy is supported by (in-house) in the US-based devs, etc, zero- outsourcing.
** My house burned down a year ago.
It took 15 months to rebuild it. I had great insurance and good contractors, but regardless - the emotional and mental toll of rebuilding is insane. [At one point they picked up and installed all the wrong flooring in a day. Can you imagine that call while you're working?] This company has been by my side and supported me and I've only been here for six months. I love what I do and I love my coworkers. They are some of the smartest I have worked with in the industry.
They have all rallied behind me to ensure I have the work/life balance to get back on my feet. More importantly, my accounts are growing - with everyone's support, I have been able to focus on my job at a time when I have not been my best self and still get a lot done for them.
The company is fair, transparent, and caring. It gets the most out of its employees by supporting them and not through fear or micro-management. Happy to be part of the team.
Cons
None that I can think of.
