Pros
Great workplace environment, wide variety of clients and work, small company so you’re a full contributor on all levels
Cons
Lots of smaller and low budget clients, so work time needs to be spent efficiently and timesheets kept meticulously (this will be the case in most small consultancies). Not a ton of upward mobility.

Pros
Variety of Projects - It's never boring working at Rocketship. Close Staff - It's a tight-knit group and I think of my co-workers as good friends. Studio Tools - The shop is great for working on projects but also personal projects after hours.
Cons
Small Team - Taking extended vacation is difficult because the rest of the team has to pick up the slack. Time Tracking - Rocketship bills by the hour which means we have to keep track of every minute and that's boring compared to design work :)
