Pros
A very interesting industry to be in, new ideas for company advancement constantly. Relatively professional work environment within the offices, and generally nice people (management aside).
Cons
Management seems very unfocused and shooting from the hip. Employees never know what's going on or where the company is headed or how the company is doing whatsoever.

This company has been a mainstay for 40 years.
Cons
I worked here through the transition in ownership and initially liked the new management, but once they fired 1/3 of the company after promising everyone's job was safe, I realized it was an unhealthy environment. I knew a lot of those people personally and saw their work ethic... Good people.
