      Very hostile environment. Owner is a very ugly individual. Constantly disrespecting his employees by yelling and screaming at them. You can give this company 150% and it’s never acknowledged and least of all compensated. That one thing you may not have gotten quite right will be repeatedly thrown in your face. Never satisfied. I get it. It’s your company and it has to be your way. You know what he should run the company by himself which by the way he goes through staff it may just happen sooner than he believes. Maybe then he’ll get it. Maybe not.... If I would have done my research and read this company’s reviews I would not have accepted what appeared to be a good offer. RED FLAGS 🚩🚩🚩

      Pros

      I have worked for Roizman Development for 25 years at their South Florida location. I am very happy to come to work everyday and love my job. The management company/owner are very fair with all of their requests which is for you to do the job you were hired to do. Any time you have a problem at your site their is always someone available to speak with and help. The owner does not hesitate to spend money for needed improvements. The corporate office has many departments and they all very organized and on top of things. The company offers many training courses if you feel you need them and the pay rate, bonuses and benefits are good. Highly recommend .
