      Pros

      Really enjoyed the time here, and was sorry to see that the company didn't make it through the pandemic. Strong technical focus drove great discussions, and thoughtful leadership made for a fun working environment.

      Cons

      An awkward biz model, sitting in the middle of multiple, competing multinationals with different levels of enthusiasm, made true success difficult to quantify.

      Pros

      This is a really cool place.....a solid, small tech business that makes money (hard to find those) with great people and a great culture. If you like 1) cutting-edge technology; 2) being among really smart people; and 3) leadership who determines a business destination / goal and provides you the autonomy on how to achieve it, then you should check out Room Key.

      Cons

      Hard to find some.....I've been here for 3.5 years and really dig it. I guess if you're looking to climb the corporate ladder, this isn't the place. We are relatively small (about 25 people) which means there aren't many layers. But if you like doing lots of different things, then this is the place.
