Friendly and professional work environment

Leadership has an open door policy. The CEO holds multiple all hand meetings through out the year, opening the floor to all employees to voice concern and to be heard. He also takes time to welcome batches of new employees and answer any questions they may have regarding the company. Senior leadership meets weekly to discuss company progress, and reports back to the workforce any pertinent information. The transparency and communication is excellent. No one is treated like a number in a cubical like they would be at a larger competitor. Everyone has the opportunity to contribute and voice their opinion. As for the COO being a portrayed as a bully in a previous review -if you screw up, it is the bosses job to get you back on track for the betterment of the company and team. This is not the work place for sensitive snowflakes. The talent and dedication to grow employees at the company allows younger employees the opportunity to learn from the industry's best. On multiple occasions, employees have developed their skills across the company making themselves a critical member of the team.
