I've a long career in tech but this is by far the best culture. People are nice, conflicts happen but get resolved through communication without aggression. The office is top-notch spectacular near St Lawrence market, close to Union station. Plenty of vacation time and Fridays off in the summer time. 2 months a year work anywhere. Normally, 3 days a week in office, which is reasonable.

Cons

I don't think there is any, and the pay is adequate for the company of their size
