Residents are amazing. Work environment great. Colleagues amazing.
Cons
When there was an actual problem H/R was not helpful. It was almost to the point where the person initiating the complaint (myself) gets punished. However, their policies shortly changed as I left. Hopefully for the better. I still have some great friends that work there. They were and will always be my work family. It truly was a great experience other than that.
1. you are shown appreciation for your work on a regular basis
2. You get the support from management that you sometimes need to be successful in your work
3 They ask and follow up with ideas from lower level employees to make work experience better

there really are non except trying to fulfill the trust that they put in you
