1. While employees are offered free coffee and the perks of occasional pizza or BBQ lunches and after-hour beer Fridays, it would be nice to have a more established extended medical benefit program. There is one in place, but the coverage is lacking the range that other companies provide.
2. It would be nice to see more technology in payroll processing. While employees pay is probably on par, it would be nice to have that pay deposited directly to employees' accounts instead of receiving a paper paycheck every two weeks.
