      Pros

      The company treats you like a human and cares about you. They say unlimited PTO and mean it. They take care of people more than any company I've ever seen.

      Cons

      Startup mentality except when it comes to promotions and letting people wear multiple hats if they want to. Board of directors seems to pull us in a new direction every few months.
