Manager is awesome very thorough training on hands and as well as books company feels very appreciative of hard work any questions my manager always picks up phone I am a single father and the manager is very attentive to my needs has getting out in time to get my son Jim is very patient I'm glad I work here

Cons

Haven't really dealt with any cons some days are longer than others I guess

Pros

The Management is very friendly and flexible. They give you a lot of opportunities for advancement. Feeling like you are making a difference in peoples life has been one of my favorite parts about the job. You get to work with a lot of personable people on a daily basis.

Cons

Sometimes handling upset customers can be hard and it does take a strong will but that being said you have a lot of training and support so you're never alone.

Incredibly helpful, patient and understanding team. Everyone is very nice here. The above qualities ensure a smooth and comfortable onboarding process and beyond.

Cons

Not much that I can think of. If you are looking for an 8-5 / full time job, you get exactly what you're asking for. Nothing more, nothing less. Great workplace with great peers.
