Pros
Rowen Homes has a super 'motivational teamwork' culture which makes the company a real pleasure to work for. The management encourage ideas from all departments and collaboration amongst the whole team.
Cons
Very fast paced which is mostly positive but can at times be daunting.

The team culture is great and there are so many opportunities for progression. You can have fun while you are at work which keeps the Sunday Scaries at bay
Cons
I honestly couldn't tell you a con, there are so many exciting projects ongoing at all times and you are encouraged to get involved
