      Pros

      I had the oppurtinity to work with an great team of hard working employees. The management team can be tuff, but are willing to listen and for the most part supportive. There were a lot of changes during the 16 years I worked there and for the most part the changes are moving in the right direction.

      Cons

      At certain times the workload can be difficult to manage.

      I had the opportunity to work with an amazing management team that was very supportive. The employees were very kind, humble and appreciate everything the company and management team does for them.

      Cons

      No one is perfect and there is always room for improvement.

      Pros

      Today marks my 90-days that I've been with Royal Custom Designs. So far, it's been a great experience. I came in this company and they immediately sought my expertise and they commended me for all of my work. It's family owned and you can tell that everyone gets along with the team. They sometimes have appreciation lunches to acknowledge the team, every month. On top of that, everyone in the office is on their A-game so it keeps the flow of the business. I can foresee a future with this company if I'm able to grow with it.

      Cons

      When you work from 8a-4:30p, sometimes you have to miss work to make dr. appointments or whatever else happens during normal business hours. The set-schedule is definitely a help though!
