      Pros

      Management involved in day to day operations from project managers to owners which allows for great open communication in the work place and the utilization of their knowledge from years of experience on past projects. Open door policy with great mentorship from senior management. Company is highly vested in their employees and gives them room for tremendous growth.

      Management is horrible, micromanaging every part of the job. They will fire you with no notice and no reason.
