      Pros

      Benefits are 100% number 1. Co-workers at a close second because everyone is friendly. Work / procedure is so smooth!

      Cons

      I was remote for a while because of covid, and then we turned hybrid. which is understandable, but remote was awesome.

      Process driven, flexibility, great support, great benefits and PTO is awesome. Great community.
