Great team spirit and nice colleagues throughout the company that make working here fun. This company actually has some great products on the market for library preparation for NGS and is generating revenue to support growth. Pros
The science is solid. The management is respectful of all individuals and their family lives. Salaries are very decent. The company is successful and financially profitable. It is growing and several products are in the pipe. Ann Arbor is a neat, fun and intellectual place to live in.
