      - Remote work - Communal feeling. Everyone is willing to help and provide support. - Paralegals communicate well with attorneys. - Great place for negotiation experience and Oral argument experience in court

      - Very tight deadlines, but manageable with communication with paralegals.

      Management supports you and don't treat you as if they're better than you. They are very understanding and empathetic.

      Cons

      There is alot of cases which isn't really a bad thing but apparently I had to write something.
