      Work with wonderful, helpful peers. (Most) management cares. One of a kind experience guiding tourists through a beautiful cave.

      Cons

      Touring experiences vary every day. Your experience as a guide will be impacted positively or negatively by the guides before and concurrently. Not for the socially anxious.
