      Pros

      I have been working at Ruby Ribbon for a year and love it. It inspires me to be at a company that empowers women and helps them realize their entrepreneurial business goals. The management team is in sync, all the employees are connected and care about the company. We also have the ability to affect real change and make a difference.

      Cons

      The company is in high growth mode and that's fun but also presents challenges.
