      Fantastic Culture and Lovely People

      Pros

      Great culture, looked after everyone famously throughout the pandemic and really lovely staff all the way through. The chairman is also a fantastic character - was a joy to work here.

      Not enough room for development and career progression

      Fantastic environment. Very supportive colleagues with a strong focus on your self improvement and growth. Very friendly also.

      Cons

      There is a strong macro-focus. This could be a pro if you're interested in that but as a equity researcher, whether your ideas get actioned depends upon if they align with the overall focus on the firm.
