      Pros

      Great bosses, no micromanaging. They trust you to get your job done and empower you with the tools to do so. PTO, Benefits, Networking and Development opportunities, happy hours, flexible working hours, relaxed dress code

      Cons

      High stress job - just know that going into it! Lack of advancement (there are opportunities but there may be a little bit of a wait to get them)

      Pros

      The environment is a supportive one, where your ideas are heard and taken into consideration. You are trusted to do your job, which many companies can't say to their employees. I feel connected to my team and my personal leadership team is always seeking ways to improve. I have had multiple opportunities for professional development! Lastly, I love that the company is so involved in the community and encourages employees to volunteer to help our community!

      Cons

      The only con for some people (not me) would be that the positions are mostly 100% in office but there is some flexibility with work from home if needed for an appointment or weather!
