      -Good work/life balance -Management clearly articulates the future vision of the company and everyone gets on board. -Best team-work environment that there is. Anyone in the company will help when you need it. -Management listens to feedback and acts accordingly. Everyone’s ideas and suggestions are heard and appreciated.

      Unrealistic expectations set for projects sometimes leads to intense situations that could be avoided. These situations are handled with care and end in success, but they could have been less stressful for all involved. Communication between departments could use some work.
