Low Stress - High intensity

Pros

Fantastic work/life balance A good mix of light and intense work Beyond supportive direct management Overall amazing employee base Fair bonus distribution to all involved

Cons

Unrealistic expectations set for projects sometimes leads to intense situations that could be avoided. These situations are handled with care and end in success, but they could have been less stressful for all involved. Communication between departments could use some work.
