Pros
S3 is a team of ambitious, dedicated and agile professionals. In my time here I have learned and progressed much faster than I would have elsewhere. Upward mobility is supported, and professional and educational development are encouraged. An honest group working hard toward a common goal.
Cons
Autonomy = a lot of responsibility. We work for demanding clients and execute aggressive schedules. Employees are not coddled here. Not for everyone.

Pros
Working for a small company has given me the opportunity to be fully hands on at all stages of a project. I have acquired new skills while working full time for S3 Builders. Working for a construction company and having a background in Architecture allows me to better work with clients, architects and the entire project team. It is a fast paced environment which keeps everyone busy and on their toes.
Cons
location is not ideal for commuting.
