Pros

The team is close knit and very friendly. There's a significant focus on the customer and the customer success. There's an open communication framework that allows for interaction and transparency.

Cons

If you're new, you have to really understand on-boarding is a slow process. It takes awhile to catch your footing and latch onto every concept. You can't let it frustrate you.

Pros

The level of caring and comradery shown by the management to the staff (and between the staff) is impressive. If you are willing to work hard and take responsibility and pride in what you produce, everyone will happily have your back. Management has acknowledge some of the problems and issues with the company and repeatedly taken a variety of steps in hopes to improve the company and its culture.

Cons

It shares a lot of the normal problems seen in smaller enterprise software companies (legacy code, a lack of internal and customer facing documentation, a steep learning curve for new employees).
