      Pros

      The people are what makes SCJ ANZ special. You can be yourself, be trusted to do your job and do so in a respectful environment. The office location at Lane Cove is beautiful. Its not in the City, which is a plus, has heaps of onsite parking and set in a national park reserve. The brekky supplies and peoples' pantry is appreciated as too are the social events which are held regularly. The level of commercial understanding within the business is phenomenal. It's a small team, but is as effective, or more so, than bigger global FMCGs.

      Cons

      Being a small organisation in ANZ, can mean people are pushed to take on a LOT. But I wouldnt say that is a huge drawback.

Some recent examples include the new VPN interface and the launch of System Access Manager, a simplified system offering a more intuitive interface to request SAP access. We have many digitization and infrastructure improvements underway across business functions. Because we make decisions with careful consideration for the environment and the families who use our products, we recognize that at times, it may feel as though we aren’t moving fast enough. We believe in committing the necessary time and effort to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure we’re meeting customers’ needs and delivering the appropriate strategies, programs and solutions for our business.
