      Pros

      A lot of innovation happening; both on the labs side, and the saas side of business. Quality people = quality work.

      Cons

      The cannabis industry is in flux at the moment. Payment and regulatory constraints make it difficult for operators to turn a profit (ie- AR becomes difficult).

      Pros

      I had an amazing experience working with SC Labs. Management is supportive, proactive, and knowledgeable. Coworkers were friendly and helpful. This company is well managed and extremely professional while also being relaxed and personable.

      Cons

      The schedule was challenging for me.
