Great people, collaborative and friendly coworkers, work/life balance is highly encouraged, lots of space for creating new opportunities and taking on new projects which is perfect for a first job out of college or new to the healthcare field. Training program is very hands on and management is always there to help you with whatever you need.

Cons

Workload can be unpredictable (but can also help develop prioritization/time management skills) which is just part of the business.
