      Pros

      Great company, good work environment, they make you feel like family, very good management and a great place to work.

      Cons

      Most of the time had to travel and that keeps you far from your house, good if you are single, not good if you are married.

      very rigid environment; there is no leadership or team; everyone is out for themselves; led by an extreme micromanager that doesn't trust anyone

      Sent you on a job with out any tools to do the job, but you are going to do the job.

      Cons

      Other superintendent, on the job will not help you, they stab you in the back. when the boss comes up they lie and say they told you about the job, they gave you no prints and you are going to do the job with out they. no good
