      Pros

      Nice people and money is good. There are multiple teams with different purposes so you may even change if you want to do something different. Lots of benefits gym restaurant card etc

      Pros

      SCRM is a very good company to develop a confirmed career. The company has modern practices and has the mindset to make people excel in his mission. The ambition is big and everyone makes sure you are onboard. The atmosphere is professional and positive. It does value people deserving rather than people showing off. You really get to work people you can look up to, in a sane atmosphere, meaning that you will always be surrounded by experts ready to help you and make you grow. On management level, the pace is fast but you know why you work and it is a huge difference.
