Pros
I worked at SCUBE for a little less than a year. Tom and Diana (management) is just wonderful to work with and very helpful with meeting your goals as a professional. They have an open door policy for when you need anything (time off, flexible hours, help with a client, etc.) that was really helpful when tackling issues. If you want to learn something new or get involved in a new project, they will give you that option as well. Amazing experience overall, I would recommend this company to anyone!
Cons
As with most companies, sometimes you need to stay late or be flexible with your time completing projects, but they try as best they can to not let this happen very often.
