      Pros

      - management practices open communication - flexible working arrangements as long as deliverables are met - regular sharing sessions by various subject matter experts in the company (across all job functions) - a lot of opportunities to learn

      Cons

      - As a company is dealing in a relatively nascent market, employees would need to be agile and adaptable to changes.

      Pros

      Much improved leadership post restructuring. Smart (& mostly nice) people in the team focused on delivery. Lots of learning & growth opportunities, especially being part of the fintech community. Team Heads are very experienced, lots to learn

      Cons

      More flexibility for WFH would be good, though it varies from team to team. Still some deadbeats / floatsum. Wish they would go.

      Yes, there was a restructuring which isn't uncommon in this climate. New leadership is more down-to-earth and laser-focused on business direction
