There is so much room to be creative with your work. The CEO has great guidelines/procedures for you to follow to make sure everything necessary gets done. With that, she allows you to be creative with your schedule, marketing, and day to day activities. If you are the kind of person who has an entrepreneurial spirit, you will enjoy the culture here.

Cons

Although everyone in the company is extremely supportive, no one is going to hold your hand. You have to be able to take the initiative to be successful. (This is not necessarily a con, it just depends on how you look at it)
