Pros

- One of the most welcoming workplaces I've experienced. People are genuinely approachable, supportive, and willing to help new team members adjust and succeed. - Teammates are collaborative and invested in each other's growth. I never felt like I had to figure everything out on my own. - The company provides opportunities for both professional and personal development. There is a strong emphasis on learning, accountability, and continuous improvement. - I particularly appreciated the Gallup assessment and coaching sessions. - They helped me better understand my strengths, how I work best, and where I can continue developing. - Leaders and teammates often encourage employees to maximize their potential rather than simply perform the minimum requirements of their role. - The relationships I built here were one of the biggest reasons I stayed. The people are genuinely one of the company's greatest strengths.

Cons

- Biggest concern is the gap between increasing responsibilities and compensation growth. - As employees develop, gain experience, and take on additional workload, the salary progression does not always feel proportional to the level of responsibility being added. - There are opportunities to grow in terms of skills and ownership, but it can sometimes be difficult to see that growth reflected financially. - At times, the workload can increase significantly due to operational demands, which makes employees naturally question whether compensation remains aligned with expectations. - Greater transparency around career progression, SALARY adjustments, and advancement opportunities would help employees better understand their long-term future within the company. can continue improving.

Pros

The company provides a lot of opportunities to learn and develop professionally, especially in client management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving. I worked with knowledgeable teammates who were generally supportive and willing to help when challenges arose. The culture encourages personal growth, accountability, and taking ownership of your work. As a previous employee, I was exposed to different situations that helped me build confidence in handling clients, managing expectations, and coordinating with different teams. The experience pushed me outside my comfort zone and helped me develop skills that I continue to use today.

Cons

One area that I believe needs improvement is career progression and clarity around growth opportunities. As someone who values structure and clear expectations, I would have appreciated a more defined roadmap showing what is required to move from one level to the next, including the competencies, performance standards, and timelines involved. While opportunities and responsibilities increase over time, compensation adjustments do not always feel proportional to the level of accountability and workload being taken on. Career growth becomes more motivating when employees can clearly see how their efforts, performance, and additional responsibilities translate into advancement and compensation. There were also times when priorities shifted quickly, making it difficult to align expectations and measure success against a consistent standard.

Pros

I’m incredibly grateful to have been part of SEO Hacker for almost 4 years. What makes this journey even more meaningful is that they took a chance on me as a fresh graduate. I started working here just 2 days after graduating. That trust meant everything and became the foundation of my growth. From Assistant Account Manager to Account Manager, then Accounts Team Representative, and now SEO Specialist, I’m thankful for every opportunity they gave me to grow and step up. I also genuinely appreciate their initiative in providing a staff house with free utilities (electricity, WiFi, and water). It made a real difference in my day to day life. Like any company, it’s not perfect. There have been highs and lows, but what stands out is their effort to improve year by year. For me, this company is great for people who can work independently after their training and well structured onboarding. The teammates are also a dream and a pleasure to work with. It is especially a good fit for those who are not too dependent and have the drive to learn and grow on their own. I also appreciate the leadership. The CEO even takes time to do one on one life & work coaching after our onsite client meetings, which shows genuine investment in people. The General Manager also conducted a Gallup session that helped me better understand and grasp my strengths. Overall, based on my personal experience, it’s been a great journey and one I will always be thankful for.

Cons

I don’t really consider these as cons, but more as areas for improvement: - The workload can feel quite heavy, especially for those who are new or still adjusting. It really requires good time management and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. - At times, priorities can shift quickly, so it may take some adjustment to stay aligned and keep up with changing expectations.
