Pros

I was in the customer service position. The job is not very challenging and it routine base. Sticking to it you may work your way to a senior position in about 2 years and then potentially to move around to other department to learn new things. They offer a flexible growth path to your career and there are many opportunities to try new things everyday.

Cons

Quiet. Not much of dynamic.

Pros

I've worked for S&F for several years. The company is great and the people are nice. The company sells products that can be used by almost anyone in the world which gives it endless potential. The company has come a very long way and will only continue to grow.

Cons

My only con is the drive

Pros

This is a great company. The leniency they provide to their employees is truly under-appreciated by many it seems like. Everyone is aware of what is 'expected' of them, and most are fortunate enough to get the leniency to go throughout the day without being micro-managed, (which most people prefer). In every company there are those that do what is 'expected', and those that are self motivated, with the desire to go above and beyond to help the company grow as a whole. Because they know as the company grows, they too will grow within that company. And then there are those that do just about nothing all day, and expect to move up within the company, when they don't contribute to it's growth. Like anything in life, you get out what you put in. Everyone wants a higher pay, but not everyone can put in the work. The family environment is very nice and hard to come by within companies now days. Don't judge a book by its cover. The CEO's do care about their employees, and they are very kind and understanding about any problem or concern you bring to them. If I lived closer, I would still be there.

Cons

The turnover rate is not high for the employees that actually make a difference in the companies growth and success. Most of the people that quit without notice were lucky they even still worked there. Many of them took advantage of the company in ways that would have led to instant termination at any larger corporation.
