The only "con" that I can think of is that we handle a lot of business and have very high standards for supporting our clients. Sometimes the workload can be crazy in certain seasons, but the management always makes sure to support and are constantly hiring to fill needs. You have to be a go-getter and willing to put in the hard work, which might not be a great fit for everyone. The nature of a thriving company in our business is that we have to work hard, I love that but not everyone might.
