      Pros

      The company offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two days working from home. Occasionally, clients provide free event tickets for employees. The CEO is down-to-earth, engaging with everyone regardless of rank and making an effort to remember all employees’ names. He also arranges quarterly lunch meetings with new hires, organized by HR, to personally get to know them better.
