      I have been working at Skyras full-time and i must share that its a company which believes that employees are the core strengths of any organisation and it empowers employees with a friendly work culture. Pros 1. Talented,amazing & supportive people & clients to work with 2. Great learning opportunities and growth with latest technology experience 3. Work life balance & opportunities to travel

      Pros

      Good initiatives for employees, online internal ERP system to track attendance, leaves, facilities, HR process, work review. JIRA, Office 365 and Dynamics 365 is implemented for easy on the go work. Its really cool..

      Cons

      Nothing to say on this now. They are doing good for employees and clients also. Management should give opportunities to all employees for over seas projects

      Manager just want a completed task. No bounding on working timings.

      Cons

      Some employees takes benefits from flexible working options but did not perform. Employees need to just complete the given task on time. That's all.
