      Pros

      The morning huddles help build morale and no other company I’ve worked for makes it a point to appreciate others. We not only hear how our work is positively impacting clients but also how as co-workers we are enabling the success of others.

      Cons

      It’s a growing and iterative company which might not be the best fit for some - yet the leadership team is responsive to feedback on how changes are impacting the team and willing to pivot

      Excellent work culture Excellent Work Processes Excellent Team Work Remotely Unlimited PTO ( without abuse! This for me has been an ultimate Pro because as a first-time mother, you want a job that not only motivates you to be the BAR and the BEST at what you do, but you also want ''peace of mind'' that if there is an urgency matter where your child needs you, you can assist!) Growth Opportunities Have a Voice Flexible Manager Excellent Communication Lastly, I also get to share my SPANISH with my co-workers, and best of ALL, I get to help as much as I can with our bilingual clients to best fulfill their needs, and meet their goals! (So, whoever is reading this that works at SMB, knows who I am hahaha!)
