      The fast pace and rate of learning and development, as well as the level of autonomy and empowerment given to you.

      Cons

      At the time I worked there, the company was saying 'yes' to a lot of projects simultaneously, which added a lot of strain to the workforce, where workload was the number one eNPS issue for a long time.
