      Great Company and finished projects to be proud of.

      Pros

      You're part of a 'family' in Sonica, great culture, good communication from top down. Employees are looked after very well financially, health and work culture. Finished projects / interiors are award winning and very easy to be proud of. Good structures and software in place to aid in the construction of projects. And from the top down a good bunch of people to work with.

      Cons

      None at the moment that I can think of.

      Pros

      Very capable and energetic management team, great projects, staff are young and engaged, great cross-departmental dialogue and interaction. Bonuses and rewards structures in place, great perks / swag, health insurance and pensions provided, recognition and celebration of jobs well done. Company also expanding fast so there is lots of opportunities to grow with them both locally and internationally.

      Cons

      Fast paced and high pressure - very little down time.

      A really collaborative and positive working environment, everyone working as a team and direct access to MD.

      Currently on lock down, so looking forward to getting back on site.
