Pros
The interview process was quick and efficient, and communications throughout were timely and clear. The on-boarding process was smooth and I felt supported throughout. I was welcomed by many coworkers and was able to adapt quickly because of this. Employees stay with this company for a long time because of the positive culture and great benefits. Sosland family and employees are advocates of philanthropy and provide many opportunities and incentives to give back to the community in various ways.
Cons
Many opportunities for donuts and bagels... Only a con if you're on a diet.
