Pros

SQA Group is a gem in the vast world of IT services. Management gives autonomy, tools, and encouragement to do your job. Processes are well thought out, and they are receptive to improvements and feedback. They really care for their consultants and strive to find the right fit roles for people and the right people for their client's roles. The internal team is a group of passionate, authentic, and intelligent folks. I have truly enjoyed my experience working for SQA Group.

-Sometimes projects move quickly so adaptability and grit is key (may not be for everyone) -In a small company, you often end up wearing many hats (which can be both exciting and challenging a times)

I've been with SQA Group for 2 years and from day one I've felt welcomed, accepted, and supported. The team here is exceptional. Ideas, feedback, etc. are welcomed and taken seriously. The company culture is built on collaboration, teamwork, and mutual respect. Everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand. There is wonderful flexibility as well- I never feel as though I have to miss out on things in my personal life.

Cons

Small team so everyone has to be responsible, accountable, and willing to chip in!
