Pros

• Every company brags about their people but SRW knocks it out of the park regarding talent and good hearted people I truly enjoyed working with. • You could navigate your own journey at SRW if you were honest with what you struggled with in your day to day but were excited about certain aspects of your job and other opportunities inside the agency. • Workloads are demanding and a certain "bend don't break mentality is needed. Just remember you are making food campaigns for the Whole Foods crowd and not liberating a country. It will be alright, I swear. • Great location in West Loop and Pappy's is great, super weird, but great.

Cons

• First 90 days are tough. There is a lot is going on and it's important to hop in and ask questions. I had a fake it until you make it attitude. Don't do that. Admit what you don't know and ask a ton of questions. • You will learn a lot, but you have to learn on the go. Most people are on back to back calls all day. • When morale is low it's palpable. Unfortunately, with a surplus of talented people, when bad break happens on the business side of things, tough decisions have to be made - and you see funny, kind, talented people lose their job and employees who stay take on their workload. That stinks. But I will say personal comments/attacks like "Top brass is arrogant and smug. They think they’re funny and clever, but truly just pompous" That's a wildly unfair, unproductive cheap shot. On a personal note, I faced my most challenging life events during my time at SRW, and if I ever ran a business, I hope I am half as compassionate as that top brass and fellow coworkers were to me.

Pros

Work on fun and exciting brands you see on the shelves of Whole Foods. Clients are nice and appreciative. People love their work. Creative team is smart and fun to work with. Teams are tight knit. Lots of time off and good benefits.

Cons

Smaller clients sometimes have smaller budgets, so not all great ideas get funded.
