I’ve had the pleasure of working at this company for over 3 years, and I can confidently say that it is a great place to work. One of the best parts for me is the flexibility they offer, especially for employees with young children. The ability to balance work and family life has been such a blessing, and I feel fully supported in maintaining that balance. I never miss a nativity or parents evening and they are very supportive when both my children have been poorly.
The company also goes above and beyond by offering regular staff appreciation events and gifts, making every employee feel valued. These thoughtful gestures help build a positive and fun workplace culture, and it truly shows how much the company cares about its team members.
Additionally, the office was newly refurbished only a few years ago. It is modern, spacious and, really well thought out. Each of our brands has their own dedicated space, with fun games includings pool and football tables in the communial areas.
All in all, I love working at STR, it is a supportive, enjoyable, and rewarding workplace. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive work-life balance and a great company culture!
