      Pros

      Strada has quite a few pros! I am new to the industry and am receiving excellent training from an experienced staff. They provide positive-reinforcement when doing I am doing well, and support for any questions if I need extra help. It is a very open and friendly environment with in and out of office perks. I would definitely recommend Strada Captial. The company is looking to grow so it is a great time to get your foot in the door.

      Cons

      No cons as far I'm concerned. It is hard work and you do need to stay focused, but the support behind it and opportunities ahead makes it worth while.
