      Strong product, good learning, fast moving environment with some growing pains

      Pros

      Good place to work if you like building products that solve real enterprise security problems. The product has a strong market direction, especially around cyber risk quantification, third party risk, continuous monitoring and AI driven security workflows. As a frontend developer, the work is meaningful because the product is not just a dashboard, it is used by serious security teams. People are approachable, ownership is encouraged, and good work gets noticed. There is also a lot of learning because the product keeps evolving and the customer problems are complex.

      Cons

      Because the company is growing fast, priorities can change quickly and sometimes teams have to move with limited clarity. Engineering timelines can become tight when product, customer and leadership expectations come together. Documentation and handover can improve in some areas, especially when multiple teams are working on the same feature.       People are really work hard to create something exeptional TPRM is kicking crazy almost crossed x millions won't reveal ha ha. Good sign of growth Every one is super helpful and will make you feel like you are not alone Unlimited holidays in my tenure mostly I worked from home whenever I wanted just dropped a slack message due to this reason I am not coming. And no one asks you no attendance tracking, it was good Great salary packages

      Work life balance like everyone is saying, in my tenure also I saw the same but I have a take on it, company ceo is working crazily to reach to a place in one year where normal company will take 10years, hence naturally not all people will be aligned with that speed. He work hard more than anyone else no doubt on it, but he has reasons for it. Expecting all will give their 1000% is the core issue not all are A players , Like me especially i loved working but later it was too fast for me execute things, BTW I am still the share holder of the company bcz still I believe if Saket gets 20+ more people like him , he can fire the rest of the team and can build a billion dollar startup. Rest hope to get my good retirement from my stocks .
