      Pros

      No dramas. Empathy. They care about people: employees, clients, and partners. Work-life balance. Transparency in salary grid. Forward thinking. Innovation is encouraged. Very easy to start a project that'll be integrated into the main product. All-hands meetings are actually fun.

      Cons

      Some parts of the tech stack are a bit dated. Probably not the best place to work for if you only want to work with the latest and hottest trend.

      Everyone is extremely nice, kind and collaborative. Sharing different perspectives and concerns is encouraged. Nobody assigns blame, and the team is on board with improving its overall development operations. The environment is also hybrid and flexible.

      Cons

      The salary could be higher.
