Pros
Great work life balance. They listen to the employees and make changes that benefit EVERYONE not just certain divisions. Lots of team bonding events and incentives. This is a place that takes their core values to heart and tries to live them in everything they do!!!!
Cons
Always busy with events and new things. (not really a bad thing)

Pros
The opportunity to be apart of the refining of an already successful company. The CEO and VPs are vital parts of the wheels that keep the company moving forward in the right direction on an everyday basis. To experience teamwork in real time with every single employee in the organization.
Cons
As with many growing organizations, some operational processes are still being developed. That said, leadership is receptive to feedback, and it's rewarding to be part of building something rather than just following what’s already set.
