      Pros

      Fast paced start up vibe in the tech development side of the company

      Cons

      The location of the office isn't ideal for lunch, networking, and improving company culture. It is close to clients however, so moving isn't really an option.

      Pros

      Field employees have a lot of freedom as long as they get their minimum requirements done. Company truck. Company will spend money if leads to making money.

      Cons

      Middle management was horrible and killed morale....fortunately that problem was finally remedied. Things are tracking in the right direction.
