      Pros

      MP is actually a really nice person and master networker with a compelling vision

      Cons

      Almost 100% turnover of staff in first year, including a partner. MP also hates conflict and manages poorly as a result. Things break without clear resolutions, the team gets demoralized and walks on egg shells to preserve MP's peace.
